Gallifrey One: 28 Years Later

The Torchwood 4 Cabal, in conjunction with WorldCon 76: San Jose in 2018, present Harmony Shoal Interplanetary Travel: a Galactic Tour Guaranteed to Change Your Mind.

The annual Torchwood 4 Cabal party is the largest room party at Gallifrey One every year, taking place Friday night starting at 9:00pm in the Newport Suite (immediately next to the Con Suite on the first floor, poolside).  Come enjoy your the company of your fellow convention attendees with cocktails and many surprises in store!  (Adults 18+ only!)
