Member of the Order of Gallifrey. Cindy is the Bronze Usher for the Bad Wolf Sector of the Order of Gallifrey. She took up costuming as a hobby after learning to sew in junior high when she was inspired by the bustle gowns in Phantom of the Opera. She has been cosplaying Doctor Who chracaters for a year and a half.
